Perilous Coffee Company started as a weekend experiment — a folding table, a secondhand espresso machine, and a conviction that Cathedral City deserved better than the usual cup. What grew from that table became something we're still amazed by every single morning.
We bake everything from scratch, before the sun is fully up. Our pastries are laminated by hand, our bread is sourdough that waits for no one, and our coffee is sourced from farms that treat their land like family. None of it is rushed. None of it is ordinary.
The name? We like things that make you lean in. A little peril keeps the morning interesting.
